Modern Treehouse in the City

This sustainable, transitional modern new build was artfully designed to fit within its compact landscape, forming its expression to a beautifully wooded and sloping lot, capturing views to an overlook stream with a custom 15’0” high window wall that brings abundant light into the home throughout the day.  Deep overhangs protect the interior from the sun, offering a luminescent lifestyle experience with passive solar benefits.
